Cookies. This website does not use cookies or any tracking, analytics or profiling tools, and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party services. For this reason no cookie banner is required. Links to LinkedIn and Alga Advisory lead to external sites, which have their own notices.

Browsing data. The hosting provider (Netlify) records technical access data on its servers, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, to ensure the security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). I do not use this data to identify visitors.

Contacts. The site has no forms. If you write or call me, I use your data only to reply and keep it for as long as needed to handle your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing by writing to the address above (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
