Profile
After forty years in the ICT industry, in governance and strategic leadership roles, I founded Alga Advisory to support entrepreneurs and top management in defining digital transformation roadmaps, adopting AI and evolving their organizational and governance models.
For ten years Vice President and Board Member of Venicecom Group, I oversaw institutional relations, strategic planning and business growth in Italy and abroad, with strategic supervision of the PRO-Q eProcurement platform and the KronosApp Project Governance solution. I coordinated the Artificial Intelligence working group of the IT Group of Confindustria Veneto Est and represented Venicecom at AgID’s Technical Table on eProcurement.

Founder & Senior Advisor
A consulting firm that supports SMEs and large companies on their path to innovation. I work with entrepreneurs and CEOs to define digital transformation roadmaps and adopt AI to optimize core processes, and I assist owners through critical phases such as generational handover or managerial transformation, integrating sustainability (ESG) criteria into business models.
Vice President & Board Member
As a member of the Board of Directors I followed group strategy, institutional relations and the development of new markets, with a strong international reach (Kazakhstan, Egypt, Kenya, Mozambique). I supervised the PRO-Q platform for eProcurement and supply chain and the KronosApp solution for Project Governance. I coordinated the Artificial Intelligence working group of Confindustria Veneto Est and represented Venicecom at the AgID Technical Table.
Strategic Consultant & Temporary Manager
Full responsibility for corporate ICT, reporting directly to the CEO, during a critical change of ownership. I led the selection and launch of the SAP project, implemented a Warehouse Management system and adopted Office 365, and coordinated the redesign of the digital image and the launch of an app promoting environmental sustainability.
Business Unit Manager, then Chief Operating Officer · Partner-Manager
Co-author of the group’s growth, including the integration of target companies (M&A). I headed the SAP and Warehouse Management Competence Center, taking it to €4 million in revenue with 60% margins, and launched the Naples office, which became a SAP hub with over 30 staff. From 2008, as COO of the Integration & Consulting BU, I managed a €20 million P&L with margins above 30% and 300 professionals, serving clients such as Enel, Poste Italiane, General Electric, Telecom Italia and Banca d’Italia.
